How do I Place and Order?
- Most orders are placed on-line, the website is secure and relatively simple to complete an order. Orders can be entered 24 Hours per day, 365 days per year. Entering an order on-line helps us keep costs down and prices low. Where can I find a Whatchamacallti?
- The simplest way to find a part is by using the part number. Enter the part number into the search box on each page, Please omit dashes and spaces for the best results.
- By Keyword: Pump, Filter, Motor, Etc. will return all items in the catalog that has the keyword in it. Keeping it simple will ensure more results. Avoid long multi word descriptions.

How do You ship?
- USPS - Small Orders, typically under $125.00 and weighing less than 3 pounds are shipped by USPS.
- Fed Ex or UPS - Larger items, such as motors, pumps and filters are shipped by Fed Ex, if the weight or dimensions does not exceed 150 pounds.
- Each order is reviewed to determine the fastest and most economical way to ship. There are no fixed rules. We will notify you on how the order is shipped when it is ready for shipment. Regardless our minimum shipping charge is the UPS ground Shipping rate, calculated by the shopping cart.
- All International orders will be shipped using USPS.

How Fast does my Order Ship?
- Typically 85% or more of our orders will ship in 24 Hours or less.
- While we stock a very large inventory it is not always possible to have every item in stock ready to ship. We rely on our suppliers to have stock and ship items to us as needed, this typically takes 1-3 days.
- Sometimes, Our suppliers do not have stock and an order is further delayed.

Can I Pick Up My Order?
- I live around the Corner, Can I pick up my order. My Pool does not have a retail store. All Orders must be shipped.
